2. IN-FLIGHT MENU
In-flight restaurant service
All Orbest flights with a duration of more than one hour offer a complete bar service that includes all types of soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages.
What's more, depending on the duration of your flight and the time of day, you can enjoy our varied selection of snacks, breakfasts, lunches and hot and cold dinners.
We inform you that on our longhaul flights departing from Portugal we offer a complimentary hot meal and cold snack service.
On longhaul flights arriving to Portugal we offer a complimentary hot meal and cold breakfast service.
All non-alcoholic drinks (including glass of wine) offered during these services will be also complimentary

3. SPECIAL MEALS

Important information for passengers with allergies / special meal requirements
Some of the products we serve on our flights may contain ingredients or traces of ingredients which may be unsuitable for passengers with some type of intolerance or allergy. Please remember that it is the passenger's responsibility to carry the appropriate medication and other protection measures which may be needed during the flight.
We kindly ask you to consider the following recommendations for your own safety:
- If you suffer from any type of allergy or intolerance, you should always carry the necessary medication and injectables on you.
- If you have an allergy or intolerance to any type of food, including nuts, we cannot confirm that the menu offered is free from these foodstuffs, as it is impossible for Orbest to guarantee this with our outsourced food providers.
- Much to our regret, it is impossible for Orbest to guarantee that other passengers are not carrying foodstuffs containing the products and/or by-products to which you are allergic or intolerant.
- As a sign of our concern for your well-being, we shall ask other passengers to refrain from consuming any products which may cause you any type of reaction.
- Our planes are regularly cleaned in accordance with air industry regulations and uses, but this does not guarantee that said allergens have been eliminated. Neither are the air filters of our place designed to eliminate such substances. Therefore, we cannot fully guarantee that they are entirely absent from the cabin, so please make sure that you take the necessary medical precautions in the event of exposure.
